- Transfer money in 65 currencies to over 170 countries

SOLO TRAVEL SAFETY
Before you lock down your holiday destination it is advisable to check with a government authority such as Smartraveller to ensure that your intended destination(s) is safe to travel to. The Smartraveller website also provides a heap of other great advice and information on various topics including visa requirements, healthy, types of travel and safety.
For your safety, we also recommend that you use an app such as bsafe that enables you set up a safety network or contact(s) that will be notified should you activate the bsafe app. Not only is your safety network notified of your whereabouts they are given your exact location on a map and a live recording will start as soon as you activate the app.
And remember to always lock your luggage especially your checked-in luggage. If you don’t have an inbuilt suitcase lock, then ensure you purchase a quality lock that you secure your belongings. An additional level of protection is to put a cover over your case which will act as an extra deterrent should someone attempt to open your luggage.
Between the stunning scenery and amazing people you are likely to meet on your solo travel journey, you will want to share these experiences with your loved ones.
